Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. The role involves delivering 1:1 or small group sessions in various settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth, and collecting progress data.

Requirements include a high school diploma and successful completion of CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass initial CARD Behavior Technician Training program.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
• Work across multiple CARD-approved locations (center, home, school, telehealth) as needed.
