Job summary

The Center For Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based treatment across various settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth.

You’ll work under a Clinical Supervisor to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction while collecting progress data. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, pass CARD training, and may have ASD experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam & field eval.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment 1:1 or in groups under Clinical Supervisor.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during each session.
