Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated individuals to join our mission‑driven team. Behavior Technicians deliver ABA treatment to CARD patients under supervision, in diverse settings including centers, homes, schools, and telehealth, reporting to a Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and successful completion of CARD’s training with a field evaluation; ASD experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Deliver ABA treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
