Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for CARD patients and families under supervision. Treatments may occur at CARD centers, homes, schools, community settings, or via telehealth, with emphasis on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Prioritize high-quality data collection, effective communication, and adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with teams and independently.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Meet CARD clinical quality standards in treatment.
• Collect and record patient progress data accurately.
• Follow feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Represent CARD professionally to patients and families.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures and complete other duties as assigned.
