Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for CARD patients under supervision, across the CARD center, patient homes, schools, or via telehealth.

You will provide direct treatment in 1:1 or small group settings, collect data, and use supervisor feedback to guide sessions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and compassionate communication with families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program including written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Represent CARD professionally and adhere to policies.
