Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2‑6 in our clinic. You will implement intervention plans created by Masters‑level clinicians and document progress for families within the ABA framework.

The role offers paid RBT training, opportunities for growth in Behavior Analysis and related fields, and a minimum of 30 hours per week for full‑time staff, with regular raises and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BACB attestation for RBT certification noted.
• Preference for degree in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• RBT certification required within first 6 weeks of employment; paid training provided.
• Experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.
• Must meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand, move, run short distances as needed.
• Computer and tablet literacy; ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities
