Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Arizona is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in our clinic, following ES DM and ABA principles. You will work with Masters-level clinicians to implement intervention plans and track progress with families.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, and may be enrolled in or completed a related degree. RBT certification will be supported and achieved within six weeks, with competitive hourly pay and regular bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT)
• Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program (Child Development, Psychology or related fields)
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks of employment (training provided)
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality is essential
• Physical requirements: sit/stand frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, sit/kneel on floor, move and run short distances as needed
• Computer and tablet literacy
• Ability to work on a team

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high professional standards
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligned with ABA principles
• Foster relationships with families and regularly update them on progress within the ABA framework
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with ABA therapy and RBT certification requirements
