Job summary
Pivotal Parenting Support is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy under a BCBA, collect data, and help implement individualized treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.
This part-time role offers hands-on training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism under BCBA supervision.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition plans.
- Collect and record data on client progress using our online platform.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent treatment.
