Job summary

Pivotal Parenting seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with Autism in home, school, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA to implement behavior plans and collect progress data.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience with autism, plus strong interpersonal skills. The role offers 14 days of PTO, comprehensive health and life insurance, and ongoing BCBA supervision for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent treatment.
