Key Autism Services in the United States is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement individualized behavior plans and work under supervision to support families.

This role offers mentorship, structured onboarding, ongoing training, and opportunities to pursue BCBA certification through our Fellowship and Early Mentoring Programs while building your career in ABA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
