Key Autism Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team provides supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your career while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• Active RBT certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data and monitor client progress.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team for consistent care.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging therapy environment.
