Job summary

Autism Care Partners is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to support children with autism in a center-based setting in Amherst, MA. You will work one-on-one with clients under BCBA guidance to implement clinical plans that build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with guaranteed hours, ongoing training, and strong clinical support, including supervision for RBT/BCBA trajectories.

Qualifications

• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology.
• Basic computer skills—Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing ABA plans to develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Maintain attendance and reliability as a core job function.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior and complete session documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment and participate in required trainings.
• Comply with the BACB’s code of ethics and collaborate with BCBAs on-site for guidance.
