Pivotal Parenting Support in Inglewood, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to data collection and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Empathy, patience and a desire to help clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with the development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent treatment approach.
