Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens with autism. You will provide one-on-one ABA sessions under a BCBA, helping kids reach their potential in clinical, school, or home settings.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, updating caregivers, and maintaining session notes. Full-time, Mon-Fri; compensation and benefits outlined in the listing.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Record notes, data, and timesheets; monitor progress with caregivers.
