Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, supporting developmental milestones and quality of life.

You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs to ensure ethical, effective care. Flexible scheduling includes part-time and full-time options with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with individuals with disabilities or related exposure preferred.
• Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other locations with individuals with autism.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Submit timecards and complete notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA.
• Follow ABA ethics and company procedures.
• Assist with new hire training.
