Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide in-home, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis support for children ages 2–21 under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, monitor progress, and help families implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
• HIPAA confidentiality and company policies must be followed
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Monday-Friday 4:00-7:00 schedule must be maintained

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties
• Assist with physical activities during sessions and adapt to children aged 2–15
