Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA services in home settings for children from birth to age 21. The role partners with BCBAs to implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans with BCBA guidance.
• Be responsive to client and family needs and maintain clear communication.
