Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in home settings for children from birth to 21. The BT works under BCBA supervision and supports treatment plans in the client’s home.

Monday through Friday, 4pm–7pm, part-time hours, with paid training and ongoing support. Ideal candidates have a passion for working with children, reliable transportation, and good communication skills to collaborate with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and company policy awareness required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in home settings to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA by training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
