Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in the United States is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment teams, delivering 1-1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to children aged 2–15.

This flexible part-time role features paid training, a supportive, team-oriented environment, and the chance to positively impact families navigating autism. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 4:00–7:00 pm. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour; full-time employees may access medical/dental/vision benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients; assist with movement and activities during sessions.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
