Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1-1, home-based ABA treatment for children from birth to 21 years, working with BCBAs to implement individualized plans.

The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow with the organization. Full-time staff may receive medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges, ASD or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and data handling understandings.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and relevant parties.
• Engage and move with children during sessions, with activities including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running and more.
• Carry out any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
