Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver 1-1 behavioral health services in clients’ homes. You will work under BCBA guidance in a flexible, part-time role with evening/afternoon hours.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, passion for working with children, and reliable transportation. Training is provided, and the position supports growth within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in the home to implement behavioral plans by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report updates.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans with BCBA oversight.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as needed during sessions.
