Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s a plus).
• Reliable and compassionate with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills.
