Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Kinston, NC seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support one-on-one ABA therapy across client homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement plans created by BCBAs and contribute to each client’s goals in a caring, data-driven environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (advanced degrees preferred) and strong interpersonal skills. A current RBT certification is preferred and a driver’s license is helpful for travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by BCBA and RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain high standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
