Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Dunn, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to support each client’s goals.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about learning, eager to help others, and committed to delivering high-quality care in home, school, or community settings. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client’s home, school, or community, as directed by BCBA and RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain high standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
