Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and family engagement.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision with fidelity.
• Collect and accurately record data to track progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members; participate in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families; build rapport and trust.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
