Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Spartanburg, SC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA team and supporting each client’s goals. This role offers training, mentorship, and meaningful impact in a supportive setting.

Ideal candidates are reliable, compassionate, and capable of data collection, with strong communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client’s home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
