BrightBridge ABA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities and data collection skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and document progress.
• Physically capable to work with young children; travel to client locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team; participate in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families; build rapport.
• Adhere to policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
