Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Gaffney, SC, seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join a growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping implement ABA plans developed by BCBA and support each client’s goals in various settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment instructions and collect data accurately.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Physical ability to interact with young children during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or communities as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team; participate in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families and build rapport.
