Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in the New York area. You will provide 1-1, home-based ABA treatment under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts to children aged 2-15, supporting data collection and progress reporting.

The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment with ongoing career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a minimum high school education.
• Experience with children or behavioral needs is preferred.
• Reliability and ability to commute to assignments is required.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in the home to implement BCBA-designed plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Assist families in applying treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as needed to support sessions.
