Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1-on-1 treatment in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA/confidentiality awareness.
• ASD experience or related training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children.
• Follow BCBA/LBA outlined tasks and schedules.
