Job summary

Tucci Learning Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician in Santa Cruz, CA to deliver ABA-based behavioral therapy in home and school settings. You will work under BCBA supervision, implementing CLM-aligned programs to help learners acquire skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

The role offers growth through supervision, coaching, and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities include data collection, following treatment plans, and collaborating with a supportive team to help learners

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with learners implementing ABA programs as designed by the BCBA.

• Communicate effectively with team members in a timely manner.
• Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions.
• Drive to multiple work sites during the day.
