Job summary

Tucci Learning Solutions in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct functional behavioral assessments and design comprehensive intervention plans for students in school and home settings.

The role involves serving on the IEP team, preparing reports for funding sources, and ensuring coordination among staff, families, and outside providers. You will supervise RBTs and trainees while advancing CLM course work.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BACB certification with ongoing CEUs to supervise RBTs/BCaBA/BCBA trainees.
• Two+ years experience with developmentally disabled or emotionally disturbed individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
• Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans including staff actions, IEPs, reports, BIPs, ECMPs, crisis plans.
• Serve on the IEP team addressing behavioral concerns.
• Prepare written reports meeting funding source criteria.
• Monitor staff delivering programs to align with goals.
• Coordinate with school personnel, outside providers, regional center, and other agencies.
• Communicate new or amended goals with team members.
• Create data sheets using an online MIS and other materials.
• Supervise supervision for RBTs and BCBAs in Training.
• Complete all CLM Course of Study units in a timely manner.
