Job summary

Tucci Learning Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our Santa Cruz team. This full-time position involves conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing customised intervention plans within school and home settings.

You will collaborate with IEP teams, prepare required reports, and supervise staff while engaging in CLM-based training. Competitive salary and benefits offered in the beautiful Santa Cruz region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferably in Psychology, Education or Applied Behaviour Analysis.
• Attend professional development on training behaviour management, CLM, progress monitoring, data collection.
• BACB certification and ongoing CEUs to supervise RBTs/BCaBA/Behaviour Analysts In Training.
• Two or more years experience with developmentally disabled or emotionally disturbed individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioural assessments.
• Design, implement and monitor behaviour intervention plans including staff actions, IEPs, reports, BIPs, ECMPs, crisis intervention plans.
• Serve as a member of the IEP team addressing behavioural concerns.
• Prepare written reports meeting funding sources' reporting criteria.
• Monitor staff in delivery of programmes to learners and coordinate with goals.
• Communicate new or amended goals with team members.
• Collaborate on data sheets using an online MIS and other materials.
• Supervise supervision for RBTs and Behaviour Analysts In Training.
• Complete CLM Course of Study units in a timely manner.

Education
