Qualifications

• High School diploma required and background check completed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willing to complete within one year.

Responsibilities

• Work with learners implementing ABA programs under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data as directed by the BCBA.
• Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans in a playful yet professional manner.
• Promote client dignity and safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions.
• Travel between multiple work sites during the day.
