Job summary

TUCCi Learning Solutions Inc. seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to individuals with Autism and related needs in home or school settings. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to implement behavior plans and collect data for progress tracking.

You will participate in CLM coaching sessions, attend team meetings, and travel between multiple sites as required. A high school diploma with a willingness to obtain RBT certification within one year is essential, along with reliable

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA guidance in school, home, or community settings.
• Collect data as directed by the BCBA.
• Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans with a playful yet professional approach.
• Promote client dignity and safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members in a timely manner.
• Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions.
