Tucci Learning Solutions is seeking a Part Time Behavior Technician in Monterey, CA 93933 to deliver ABA-based therapy to individuals with autism and related needs in home and school settings. You will work under supervision of a BCBA and deliver targeted interventions focusing on communication, social skills and self-help development.

The role emphasizes data collection, adherence to CLM/ABA plans, and regular team collaboration, with flexible schedules and opportunities for RBT certification

Qualifications

• High School diploma and background check are required.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification within one year of employment.
• Positive attitude and kindness towards team members and clients.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to multiple work sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with learners implementing ABA programs as designed by the BCBA in home or school settings.
• Collect data as directed by the BCBA.
• Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans in a playful yet professional manner.
• Drive to multiple work sites during the work day.
