Job summary

Tucci Learning Solutions in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct functional behavioral assessments and design comprehensive intervention plans for students in school and home settings.

The role involves serving on the IEP team, preparing reports for funding sources, and ensuring coordination among staff, families, and outside providers. You will supervise RBTs and trainees while advancing CLM course work.

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis.
BACB certification with ongoing CEUs to supervise RBTs/BCaBA/BCBA trainees.
Two+ years experience with developmentally disabled or emotionally disturbed individuals.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans including staff actions, IEPs, reports, BIPs, ECMPs, crisis plans.
Serve on the IEP team addressing behavioral concerns.
Prepare written reports meeting funding source criteria.
Monitor staff delivering programs to align with goals.
Coordinate with school personnel, outside providers, regional center, and other agencies.
Communicate new or amended goals with team members.
Create data sheets using an online MIS and other materials.
Supervise supervision for RBTs and BCBAs in Training.
Complete all CLM Course of Study units in a timely manner.

What is your role?

Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans that include staff actions, IEPs, reports, BIPs, ECMPs, crisis intervention plans, etc in school and home programs.
Serve as a member of the IEP team that addresses behavioral concerns.
Prepare written reports that meet the reporting criteria for all funding sources.
Monitor staff in their delivery of programs to learners to assure coordination with goals and objectives.
Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders including school personnel/administration, outside service providers, regional center personnel, and other agency personnel.
Communicate new or amended goals with all team members.
Collaborate with team in creating data sheets using an online company based management information system and other needed materials.
Supervise supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analysts in Training.
Completes all CLM Course of Study units in a timely manner.

What's needed from you?

Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing.
Master’s degree preferably in Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis.
Attends professional development on training behavior management, Competent Learner Model, progress monitoring, data collection techniques, social skills, etc.
Certification and ongoing CEU’s from the BACB to conduct supervision for RBTs, BCaBA and/or Behavior Analysts In Training.
Two or more years experience working with developmentally disabled or emotionally disturbed children and/or adults. (preferred)
