Job summary

TUCCi Learning Solutions Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism in home and school settings. You will work under supervision with a BCBA, collect data, and implement CLM-based programs to improve skills and independence.

Ideal candidates have a background in psychology, education, or related fields, plus a willingness to pursue RBT certification and participate in ongoing CLM coaching. Flexible schedules and strong support are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire to work with individuals with Autism or other developmental needs.
• Minimum High School diploma and background check.
• Negative TB test required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete the Competent Learner Model (CLM) Course of Study.

Responsibilities

• Work with learners implementing behavioral and instructional ABA based programs as designed by the BCBA in a school, home or community setting.
• Collect data as directed by your team's BCBA.
• Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans in a playful yet professional manner as directed by your team’s BCBA.
• Promote client dignity and safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members in an acceptable time frame.
• Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions.
• Drive self to multiple work sites during the work day.
• Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
