Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group ABA treatment under supervision.
• Meet CARD clinical quality standards and maintain high fidelity data collection.
• Record progress and respond to supervisor feedback.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
