Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team, delivering 1-1 treatment in home-based settings under the supervision of BCBAs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience with children preferred.
Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
Support families in implementing treatment plans.
Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
Assist with movement and activities during sessions as needed.
Perform additional tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
