Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join the team for center-based, 1-1 treatment in partnership with BCBAs.

The role offers part-time and/or full-time guaranteed hours, paid training, competitive compensation, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will help positively impact families and children while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality and company policies must be followed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
