Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 in-home behavioral therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will implement plans created by BCBAs, collect progress data, and support families in applying treatment strategies.

The role emphasizes flexibility with part-time/evening hours, paid training, and opportunities for career growth in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and ability to document information accurately.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support families on implementing treatment plans and training.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities as needed to keep pace with children.
