Centria is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Southfield, Michigan. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Ideal candidates must be patient, compassionate, and comfortable with physical activities as you will engage in teaching essential skills. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
