Job summary

Headway Services is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to help children with autism build essential life skills. Earn $18–$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus. Part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling, including weekend hours to support work-life balance.

Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans, track client progress through data collection, and collaborate with families to support communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician

• Location: Sicklerville, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Saturday, Sunday 8 hours a day, Friday: 4:30- 6:30

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
