Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 5-year-old boy in Willingboro, New Jersey. The role offers part-time hours, a schedule of Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-7:00pm, and compensation between $18 and $25 per hour, plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect progress data, support communication, socialization, and daily living skills, and work closely with families to ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Psychology is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred and background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
