Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) for in-home, one-on-one therapy with a 7-year-old girl in Monmouth Junction, NJ. Part-time position with weekday evenings, offering $18–$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will deliver ABA sessions, track progress with data, and support communication and daily living skills while collaborating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 7 year old girl

• Location: Monmouth Junction, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00pm- 6:00pm

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
