Job summary

Headway Services seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home therapy for a 3-year-old in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Part-time hours are Sunday–Saturday, 2:00pm–7:00pm, 2–3 hours daily, at $18–$25 per hour.

You will work under BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills while partnering with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
