Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy to a child with autism, following BCBA-developed plans and data-driven progress tracking.

You will support communication, socialization, and daily living skills while partnering with families to ensure consistent treatment and positive outcomes in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 11 year old boy

• Location: Perth Amboy, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday10:00 am - 12:00 pm
