Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 3-year-old child in Mannington Township, NJ. This part-time role pays $18–$25/hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and training from experienced BCBAs to support daily living, communication and social skills.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology a plus), can pass a background check, and have reliable transportation.

• RBT certification preferred.

Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 3 year old boy

• Location: Mannington Township, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am-12:00pm

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
