Job summary

Headway Services in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work with a 6-year-old boy. You will deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy and implement BCBA-developed plans.

This part-time role offers pay of $18–$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus. Flexible scheduling (2–3 hours per day, Monday and Wednesday) with supportive supervision from experienced BCBAs helps you grow while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in psychology a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Behavior Technician Qualifications
